Victoria Pore’ - State Farm Agent is searching for a competitive professional who can recognize opportunities and strategically turn leads into long-lasting customer. As our State Farm Agent Team Member, your knowledge of insurance products and industry trends equips you to communicate directly with clients, identify their needs, and market products or services that maximize value. You may also assist in developing strategies and establishing quotas for our agency.

- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success every day.
- Work alongside your agency’s team to ensure you add to our office culture and successful long-lasting customer relations.
Qualifications:
- Sales experience (outside/inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) ideal
- Experience in customer service & sales preferred
- Ability to effectively communicate verbally and written
- Relatable to customers
- Detail-Oriented and able to multitask
- Obtaining a Property & Casualty license & Life License with in first 6 months

Been an agent since 1999 and have 70 years of combined office insurance experience, we can create a custom insurance plan that suits customer needs. We offer life, health, home, auto, bonds, and commercial insurance.
Beyond my dedication to customers, I am passionate about family and community. I have served as a director for the Laguna Niguel Chamber of Commerce, Laguna Niguel Business Club, Delta Zeta Sorority advisor, South County Panhellenic, Success Club of Orange County, and American Businesswomen’s Association. Our agency has received awards including Ambassador Travel, Legion of Honor, Senior Vice President's Club, Bronze Tablet Award, Silver Scroll Award, Select Agent and many customers 5 star online reviews!
Located in beautiful Laguna Hills near Nellie Gail, just off Cabot between Oso & Crown Valley we are licensed throughout California, Arizona & Oregon.
Compensation: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
